About
Offline Nook started as a shared note between three friends who kept losing internet on trains and planes. We were tired of downloading a game only to find it begging for a connection on the loading screen. So we began keeping a list, and the list turned into this site.
We only write about games we actually install and play. No press-kit copy-paste, no ranking based on trailers. If a game claims to work offline, we put it in airplane mode and see if it holds up.
Genres matter to us because moods differ. Some evenings you want a deep RPG, other days a five-minute puzzle before sleep. The catalogue tries to cover that spread without drowning you in choices.
The project stays small on purpose. A tight editorial team means we can be honest, take our time, and admit when we simply didn't like something.
